I have always had a deep passion for mental health and wellness. This passion initially guided me to study and teach yoga and meditation.
After years of teaching individuals of all ages and abilities, I chose to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Social Work
to deepen my knowledge and better support others in overcoming their mental health challenges and finding lasting inner balance and wellness.
I believe therapist’s ability to be in tune with their inner world is essential in providing the best care for clients.
I’m deeply committed to my personal growth and find fulfillment in helping others as they achieve more balance
and enhanced well-being. Aside from being a therapist, I am married and have two kids and two fur-children.
I enjoy watching sports, musical theater, and spending time outdoors in nature whenever possible.
In our first session, we’ll take the time
to get to know one another and explore how we can work together toward your goals. You’re welcome to share whatever feels important, and together we will create a space that is built on trust and understanding. I will also welcome and answer any questions you may have.
